Clifford Remote Start Not Working

This might be a long shot asking this on here but i've looked everywhere and can't find an answer. Ask an expert for help to override the alarm so it does not keep going off when on the road.

I tried the second (spare) fob but that was knackered! I have a clifford arrow 3 alarm. My clifford alarm remote fob has a dead battery& i am trying to disable the alarm and start the vehilse.

The alarm will chirp twice to confirm that you have reset the system. I removed and changed the battery with a new one from the shop and the contacts had a drop of solder put on as they were dry and loose. I have a remote start on a 2004 saturn ion (not red line).
